Kiefer Nissan of Corvallis won my daughter over with their "Mayor of Car'vallis" advertisement. They won me over with how they treated me as a customer. I worked with Tyson and Josh on a vehicle purchase and they truly worked some magic to make the numbers reach when I needed to be. I had a very specific set of needs and they checked all the boxes then made it fit my budget. From phone call, to in person visit, test drive, negotiation, and delivery; everything was awesome!
This was hands down the best car shopping experience I have ever had. Keilana has great communication leading up to my appointment. She knew so much about the vehicle I was interested in. The approval was so quick it seemed effortless. The only down side I had was they promised a full tank of gas that I did not receive ( I also did not double check before leaving so that is on me). I will definitely use them for future purchases.
We purchased a 2026 Nissan Pathfinder from Kiefer Nissan Corvallis, Oregon on April 14, 2026. Our salesman was Jordan Swearingen. We appreciated his professionalism and knowledge. Bought a new Sentra 2026 2 weeks ago on Sunday may 31st. The car is nice, and the sales associate, Tyson, was great. Why I’m giving 3 stars - I signed papers on Sunday for a price and deal I was happy with. I couldn’t take the car home due to it being in shipping mode. I received a call the next day from a Dean saying they wanted to switch credit unions. I was having an issue with my 2011 Altima last week. I could have taken her anywhere, but I decided Kiefer Nissan of Corvallis had always given great service on any little issue I've had. I called on Friday, they set us up for Saturday morning appt. Tyson, in the Service Department, was awesome. He was so pleasant to talk with. Ken and the rest of the service team did an amazing job. They took really good care of me and my 2023 Leaf, and fixed an issue that had made my car undrivable in just a couple days. Good experience for the most part. Sales was a little difficult, I went in with a set budget but ended up with a higher payment then originally planned but in the end received a great deal. Service department was great.
Everyone that helped me finance my new car was super friendly and 100% dedicated to making sure I was able to achieve the goal of being able to drive away with a vehicle. The whole process honestly took a lot less time than I originally thought it was going to. 10/10 stars if I was allowed to rate that high 🙂

Overall positive experience. Time to perform service was longer than expected but was due to software/technical issue with no fault attributed to dealership or technicoan performing work. Communication was clear and I was kept updated as I waited. Solid customer service and great master technician who explained everything clearly to me.

A good experience at Kiefer Nissan of Corvallis with a recall repair for my nissan pickup. Everything went smoothly and all was completed in a few hours. No snags and I was on my way. Leaving I saw Ken, the Mayor of Carvallis, and wanted to tell him how zanny and creative his advertising is. Salesman and staff were nice. Was told they could work with my budget, so I drove an hour and it ended up being $200 over. Car was marked up $8k, due to the fees mods to it. Which shouldn’t at that much or any mark up. Kind of disappointing and a waste of my time.

I had to drive downtown to Corvallis from Portland to do doggy rescue stuff and then my car started dying every time I turned it off. Went to auto store then called the dealer and they got me in same day and fixed the problem which was way simpler than I thought and had me back on the road in plenty of time to pick up puppy at the vet and get back home by 4 pm!! Super great service !! They only charged the diagnostic price too!!
Great experience and fantastic people to work with and Brittany Fullhart was fantastic. I felt very comfortable and my daughter being special needs and the staff was so kind to her. My daughter has autism. So waiting can be challenging. The process did not take forever. Sierra was giving knuckles to people that is she says hello. A wonderful experience and love my brand new car.

TL;DR: Quality car for good price but typical sleazy car salespeople.
I'm writing this review now because they won't stop sending me really gross junk mail that takes multiple fold-and-tear steps to open and poses as important government documents and/or a check just to get me to look at it. I won't buy from them again just because it's poor form, wastes paper, and shows a lack of scruples.

Even prior owner, working across the street from them, they always have been awesome. Helping each other push cars for service, whatever was needed. Victor though that is a blessing you guys got him. Have fun keeping inventory with him there.
